"I am brand new to NC and found myself in need of work on my GW trike. I was told if you want a fair and honest dealership go to Cycle Center of Asheboro.
I had asked to have them install equipment on my bike that I had purchased elsewhere.They said "no problem" and they were happy to do it. It took 2 1/2 times as long as was anticipated (due in no way to their work performance) and I was not charged but the amount I had been quoted. I can honestly say I never expected to have such extraordinary customer service like I experienced today. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone.

"Without a doubt the best dealership on the east coast! The entire staff treat their customers as family. They're very honest and do what they say. I have done business with David Lambeth (Gen. Manager) for over 30 years and have yet to have a negative experience. It has been my experience that they will go beyond what is reasonable to support the customer. The prices are very reasonable and the sales staff are experienced professionals that make the buying process a pleasure. The service department seems to have the motto "It's not going back to the customer until it's right". Most of the time David confirms the repairs before it's picked up. And if you're in the market for accessories, stop by and ask for Chris. He has a wide selection, and will take the time to make sure get the item and fit. You will not regret driving some distance to see these people!
